Component-level diagnostics of main boards, power supplies, control modules and interface boards in interactive equipment.
Faults we repair
- The power supply does not start, enters protection mode or provides unstable voltages.
- The board has a short circuit, local overheating or damaged components.
- The module does not communicate with other equipment units.
- Specific interfaces, control channels or output circuits do not work.
- The fault appears after warming up or under load.
- The board was repaired previously, but the equipment remains unstable.
Diagnostics and repair include
- Visual inspection and checking resistance, standby and operating voltages.
- Locating short circuits, overheating and faulty power circuits.
- Checking power converters, controllers, switches and protection components.
- Diagnostics of startup, communication and interaction signals between modules.
- Component replacement based on marking, parameters and PCB condition.
- Testing the repaired module in the equipment whenever possible.

What to send with the module
For a separate board, we need information about the equipment from which it was removed. Operating conditions cannot be assessed correctly without the model and fault symptom.
